From the beginning we have opted to apply local products in our dishes, often playing with traditional or international cuisine recipes but with a modern technique and local products as the norm, in this we can say that in Menorca we have been pioneers, dishes like Oliaigua with figs in textures, the Raya with black butter, the Formatjada Wellington or the dessert the Mahón Cheese Revolution, have been on our menu for many years. We can now consider them classics and we feel very proud of them but without losing even a bit of hope to continue evolving every day.


At Sa Pedrera des Pujol we have a large wine cellar with nearly 300 references of different types of wines, regions, countries and types of grapes to pair our dishes.
